The Division of Radiochemistry& Radiotoxicology was established in 2007. The discipline of Radiochemistry& Radiotoxicology was authorized to offer Master Degree program in Radio medicine. There are four members in the division, including one professor, one associate professor, one lecturer and one technician. Two faculty members have Doctoral Degree, one is studying for his Ph.D Degree, two are supervisors for Master Degree students. The faculty members undertake the 5-year Medicine program and 7-year medicine program. Teach Radiochemistry& Radio toxicology courses to undergraduates majoring in Radiation Medicine. Two were winners of teaching competition held by School of Public Health Jilin University. One once received the Second prize in young teachers teaching competition of Jilin University. The research interests for the faculty members include, Polypeptide Chemistry, Preparation & Property of Modified Adsorption Materials, Environmental Heavy Metal Toxicology, Nano-toxicology, Liver toxicology. More than ten projects were provided by the National Ministry of science and technology, the National Natural Science Foundation of China, fund of the Jilin Office of science & technology  and Jilin Environmental Protection Agency etc. More than eighty, including eighteen SCI publications. The provincial scientific research achievement award was four.
