Cheryl Beseler is an Associate Professor in the Department of Environmental, Agricultural and Occupational Health in the College of Public Health at the University of Nebraska Medical Center .She holds a PhD in epidemiology, and master’s degrees in biochemistry and statistics. She has been working on mental health and occupational injury in the agricultural community for the past 20 years. She is a co-investigator on a NIOSH-funded Agricultural Center grant.

Carefully select a journal while review the metrics and details,authors need to organize the structure and avoid common language errors.Organization can make a difference, as we should pay attention to the key points in major organizational sections including: title page, abstract, introduction, methods, results and discussion(conclusion).and also not ignoring the figures and graphs as well as the publication procedure.Patience and persistence will pay off.
