On the morning of September 2, 2021, the school of public health of Jilin University held the launch meeting of the application for National Natural Science Foundation of China in 2022 in the conference room on the third floor. The meeting was presided over by President Liu Yawen, and all teachers of the college participated in the application and mobilization meeting of National Natural Science Foundation of China.

At the meeting, vice president Liu Jinyu conveyed the spirit of the University's scientific research conference, carefully sorted out the college's application for national natural gold in recent five years, the winning of the bid, the publication of teachers' articles and the application qualification in 2022, pointed out the problems existing in the college's current application for fund, and put forward that it should be guided by needs, problems and objectives and based on the national level, Deeply cultivate the strategic layout of scientific research innovation, strengthen theoretical innovation and technological application innovation, strengthen top-level design, highlight the characteristics and advantages of the college, and integrate the academic resources of other disciplines. Adhere to the principle that talents are the primary productive force, cultivate an innovative talent team, build a scientific research platform for public health and preventive medicine, and improve the radiation medicine platform, so as to provide support for the scientific research of our college to a new level.

Professor Jin shunzi of the Key Laboratory of radiobiology of the Health Committee of our hospital was invited to exchange application experience. Professor Jin shunzi made a detailed interpretation from the aspects of the preparation of the application, the refinement of scientific problems, research contents and schemes, technical routes, research objectives, key scientific problems to be solved, and precautions, combined with his five winning experiences. It puts forward the views of planning in advance, consolidating the foundation, aiming at the frontier, highlighting the characteristics, feasible scheme, clear route, measurable results and outstanding innovation, emphasizes repeated modification to improve the quality of bidding documents, and points out the role and significance of academic exchange in the application of scientific research projects.

President Liu Yawen summarized the application work, put forward the sense of urgency, crisis and mission to improve the scientific research level of our college, required the teachers of the college not to forget their original intention, take on the mission, and everyone scrambled to apply for the bidding documents of the National Natural Science Foundation of China to improve the application saturation. At the same time, in order to improve the bid winning rate, he put forward four measures: 1. Sort out the bidding documents that had not won the bid in the past, Centralized modification of the whole hospital; 2. For the newly written tender, the one-to-one expert guidance method shall be adopted, carefully revised and centrally reported; 3.
