On the afternoon of June 24, 2018, the school of public health of Jilin University invited Professor Ma haiqun, an expert of national social science fund project evaluation, Dean of Information Management School of Heilongjiang University and doctoral supervisor, to give an academic lecture. The topic of the lecture is "Research on data opening policy under health care big data strategy". Professor Wang Wei, director of Department of medical informatics and doctoral supervisor of School of public health of Jilin University, presided over the lecture and academic exchange activities. More than 200 teachers, graduate students and undergraduate students majoring in information management and information system from the school of public health attended the lecture.

Professor Ma haiqun focuses on the National Social Science Fund's key project "policy collaborative research on open data and data security", and combines with the current national health care big data development strategy, from the overview of health care big data, the brief analysis of national big data strategy, the research trend of data opening, the development trend of national health care big data, and the development trend of national health care big data The value and research direction of data opening policy and some thoughts on health care big data mining and application are analyzed and explained in depth. The lecture content reflects the systematicness, macroscopicity, frontier, crossover and practicality of policy research, and has international vision. After the lecture, Professor Ma haiqun answered the questions raised by the teachers and students. The lecture was warmly welcomed by the teachers and students, and achieved the expected results. Before the academic lecture, Professor Ma haiqun also had a discussion and exchange with the teachers of the Department of medical informatics and some graduate students on the topic selection, application, project approval and possible problems in the process of project application of the National Social Science Fund.

This lecture is one of the famous lectures on philosophy and social sciences of Jilin University in commemoration of the 40th anniversary of reform and opening up (29th, 1007 in total), which has been strongly supported by the social science department of Jilin University.
