On December 6, the 20th Academic Conference on health and economy in North China and Northeast China was held in Xinmin Hotel, Changchun City, sponsored by Jilin provincial society of health and economics and co sponsored by the school of public health of Jilin University and Beijing Society of health and economics. Qinhaitao, deputy director of Jilin provincial health and Health Commission, Yida, Deputy Minister of Medical Department of Jilin University, and deputy chief editor of health soft science magazine were invited to attend the meeting and address the opening ceremony. The leaders also attended the meeting were shenwensheng, director of Finance Department of provincial health and Health Commission, lichanlai, deputy director of Social Security Department of Jilin provincial finance department, and zhaoguoli, Secretary of the Party committee of the school of public health. The meeting covers eight provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government in North China and Northeast China, with more than 180 participants. The meeting was presided over by Yu Xihe, vice president of the school of public health and President of Jilin provincial society of health and economics.

The theme of this meeting is "accelerating the reform of medical service price and promoting three medical linkage". In the morning, Wang Haiyin, director of Health Technology Evaluation Department of Shanghai Research Center for health and health development, and Professor Yu Xihe respectively made two special reports entitled "theory, practice and thinking of price reform of medical services in Shanghai" and "Research on drug use based on health and economic analysis". In the afternoon, representatives of 8 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government introduced the research results and the experience of reform practice in recent years around the reform of medical service price and the linkage of three medical services. The conference has a distinct theme, high academic quality and great practical significance. It has built a platform for regional exchanges and cooperation between North and northeast regions, which has a promoting role in promoting the scientific progress of new medical reform in North China and Northeast China. It provides data support and reference for government decision-making departments in both theory and practice.
