During the epidemic period, in order to implement the requirements of "no class, no class, no teaching" and ensure the quality of teaching, the school of public health held a spring semester online teaching working meeting on May 22, 2020, with all teachers and experimental technicians attending the meeting.

First of all, vice president Kou Changgui summarized the overall situation of online teaching of the college in the spring semester of 2020. This semester, the college undertakes 62 courses of each unit of the medical department, a total of 70 times, and the number of theoretical class hours is 1906. Except for one course due to restrictions, all courses are online, and students' satisfaction with the teaching effect of the courses is above 85%. At the same time, it points out the shortcomings of online teaching in our hospital, and requires all teaching and research departments and teaching teams to actively carry out curriculum improvement, do a good job in curriculum design and teaching reform, meet the needs of the development of public health discipline, promote the construction of innovative demonstration courses and produce high-quality online curriculum resources.

Secondly, the online assessment and undergraduate thesis defense work of this semester are arranged. Taking the "rain classroom" assessment function as an example, the online assessment of teachers is explained. Several examination modes are recommended for teachers' reference. Teachers are required to attach great importance to online assessment and ensure the fairness and justice of the examination on the basis of full trust of students, Each course assessment should have corresponding emergency measures. It is required that the tutors of graduation thesis should fully communicate with the students, make the final revision of the graduation thesis, and complete the online graduation thesis defense and performance evaluation.

Finally, in order to ensure the smooth development of autumn teaching, it is required to pay attention to the time arrangement and laboratory deployment for the experimental courses that have not been opened this semester and those opened in autumn; If epidemic conditions permit, teachers and technicians should make time arrangement and lesson preparation in advance to prepare for the autumn semester.
