2、 Organization

3、 Examination method
According to the situation of epidemic prevention and control in Jilin Province and our university, in order to ensure the life safety and health of examinees and teachers and students of our university, the college's 2023 doctoral enrollment examination will be conducted online.
4、 Preparation before examination
The college uses a unified software platform for the examination of the same major. Before the test, contact each online candidate in advance to confirm whether the candidate has the conditions for the online test. Connect with the examinee to conduct an advance drill and a network qualification review, and use technical means such as "face recognition" and "ID card recognition" to strengthen the examination and verification of the examinee's identity and strictly prevent "substitute examination". Sign the Letter of Commitment for Integrity Test with the examinees one by one to ensure the authenticity of the submitted materials and the integrity of the test process. Strengthen the supervision of the examination process, study and develop systematic and feasible management methods, strictly prevent cheating and favoritism in the examination, and record and video the whole process of the examination. Practice the mock test to ensure that the examinee should know, should know and master. Conduct online examination training for each examination teacher and staff, be familiar with the software use and work process, and shall not participate in the examination without training.
5、 Candidate registration qualification
（1） Foreign language level meets any of the following
1. The score of CET-4 or CET-6 is 425 or above.
2. The score of TOEFL is 90 or above.
3. IELTS score of 6 or above.
4. GRE score of 300 or above (new).
5. CET-4 or CET-8 score 60 or above.
6. The score of WSK (PETS-5) test is 60 or above.
7. Passed the Russian Major Test Band 4 or the National College Russian Test Band 4 (CRT4) or the Russian Federation Foreign Language Test Band 4 ТРКИ B1 and above.
8. Passed the Japanese Major Test Band 4 or National College Japanese Test Band 4 (CJT4) or Japanese Proficiency Test (JLPT) N2 or above.
9. Obtained master's or doctor's degree in English, Japanese, Russian countries or regions.
10. For those who have more than one year (including one year) of full-time learning experience abroad (English, Japanese and Russian are the main local daily languages and teaching languages), they should provide proof of their learning experience and transcripts.
（2） Academic achievement standards and relevant requirements.
(1) Natural science: publish academic papers in SCI English journals with the first author (or supervisor as the first author and candidate as the second author). Social science: publish academic papers in SCI or D or above journals with the first author (or supervisor as the first author, and candidate as the second author).
(2) Apply for patent with the first author (or tutor as the first author, and candidate as the second author).
(3) For applicants who have no papers or patents but have other achievements, and have strong academic and scientific research ability, professional development potential and innovative spirit, the next step of assessment can only be carried out after the strict practical ability assessment organized by the college assessment team.
(4) Relevant scientific research achievements, patents, published (or hired) papers, etc. shall be counted from January 1, 2020.

6、 Qualification review
The examination working group of the College of Public Health will evaluate the application materials submitted by the candidates (the evaluation team will be formed based on the discipline to evaluate the candidates). According to the examinee's foreign language level, academic performance, master's thesis, participation in scientific research, publication of papers and awards, the score will be given according to the hundred-point system (the examinee whose evaluation score is below 60 is unqualified and will not enter the comprehensive assessment of the next stage). Within the scope of the proportion of comprehensive assessment, the list of candidates who enter the comprehensive assessment will be determined by selecting the best candidates and published on the website of the College of Public Health. 7. Postgraduate transcript. It shall be provided by the postgraduate management department of the school where the examinee works and stamped with the official seal; Non-current graduates can be provided by the personnel department where the candidate's archives are located or the archives management department of the graduation school, with the official seal affixed.
8. The full text of the master's thesis (for those who have obtained the master's degree) or the abstract of the master's thesis (for recent graduates).
9. Certificates of awards, published papers, authorized patents and other original research results.
10. Electronic version of the Letter of Commitment for Integrity Test. (Must be signed by hand, document name: name+letter of commitment)

7、 Assessment scope and content
1. Assessment scope
To strengthen the comprehensive examination and comprehensive evaluation of students, we should not only pay attention to the examination of academic knowledge, but also strengthen the examination of the examinees' professional ability and scientific research and innovation potential. We should pay attention to the students' examination results, and also pay attention to the consistent performance of students.
According to the requirements of the professional training objectives, the examinee's ability to comprehensively use the knowledge learned, scientific research and innovation ability, and the mastery of the cutting-edge fields and the latest research trends of the subject are examined, and the examinee's foreign language ability is tested. In the assessment, we should also refer to the examination of the candidate's application materials and conduct a comprehensive evaluation to determine whether the candidate has the potential and quality for doctoral cultivation.
The assessment of ideological and political quality and moral character is an important part of the doctoral enrollment examination and an important basis for admission. Those who fail the assessment will not be admitted. The main contents of the ideological and political quality and moral character assessment include the candidate's political attitude, ideological performance, study (work) attitude, moral quality, compliance with the law, honesty and trustworthiness, etc.
2. Assessment content and score
The assessment is conducted in the form of comprehensive assessment interview, with a full score of 100 points. The assessment contents include:
(1) Inspection of academic background knowledge: inspect the undergraduate study, master's thesis research work, achievements, gains and understanding of the major applied for.
(2) Test of scientific research ability: to examine the ability to analyze and solve problems using the basic principles of the discipline, the degree of mastery of medical scientific research methods, and the research assumptions, expected results, and innovative ideas of pursuing a doctorate.
(3) Comprehensive quality test (including oral expression): mainly inspects the examinee's foreign language level, ideological and political character, and psychological state; Inspect team awareness, organization and cooperation ability, dedication, etc; Investigate the amount of knowledge and vision outside the professional field.
3. Notes for candidates
(1) In principle, the examinees who take part in the online exam should use mobile phones and computers to take part in the exam, confirm whether the mobile phones and computers work properly in advance, and timely close QQ, WeChat and other communication APP software. The test adopts two seats, and each candidate needs to prepare two video devices to participate in the test. (2) Before the formal examination, the examination team will check the surrounding environment of the examinees, and the examinees will show their ears, which should not be deliberately covered during the examination. (3) During the test, the examinee's whole body appears in the image (4) Ensure that the network signals such as WIFI, broadband or mobile traffic are good and stable, and ensure the smooth progress of the test. If the test is interrupted for more than 1 minute, change the interview topic, and the current examinee is disconnected and temporarily unable to connect, adjust to the last step (5) Confirm that the surrounding environment is quiet, and no one will interrupt or affect the test halfway; Make sure the background is clean and tidy (6) Make sure the light is bright.
