The recruitment of labor dispatch personnel of Jilin University School of public health

According to the work needs and with the approval of the school, Jilin University public health college now recruits 2 labor dispatch personnel both inside and outside the school, and the specific requirements and procedures are as follows:

1、 Recruitment position and main responsibilities

There are 2 breeders in the animal experiment center, mainly responsible for animal feeding and related work assigned by the college.

2、 Basic conditions

1. abide by laws and regulations of the people's Republic of China, have excellent political quality, good professional ethics, ability to perform post responsibilities, love posts and work hard, be good at cooperation and have communication and coordination ability.

2. in principle, the age shall be under 55 years old, and the date of birth of my ID card shall prevail.

3. candidates should have college degree or above.

4. physical and mental health, able to meet the job requirements of the post.

3、 Recruitment procedure

(1) Sign up

Applicants shall fill in the application form (attachment), and I sign and paste the recent color crown free photos and scan them into PDF documents. The file name is "application form + name", without site registration. The deadline for registration is june22,2021.

(2) Preliminary qualification

The unit shall conduct preliminary examination on the electronic materials submitted by the candidates according to the post requirements and basic conditions. The qualified personnel of the preliminary examination shall carry out the original ID card and the copy and other materials to the public health college for qualification examination.

(3) Assessment

The assessment shall be conducted by interview, and the time and place of the assessment shall be notified separately. It mainly investigates whether the candidate has the comprehensive quality and work ability required by the post, including the professional ability, professional knowledge, professional ethics and so on.

(4) Identify the candidates to be hired

According to the assessment results, the proposed personnel are determined through the research of the recruitment leading group.

(5) Publicity

The personnel to be hired shall be publicized in the notice bulletin board of the college homepage. If there is no objection, the list of the proposed personnel shall be sent to the school human resources department for record and review.

(6) Physical examination

The labor dispatch company shall arrange the personnel to be hired to conduct physical examination in the Qianwei campus hospital of Jilin University, and the qualified personnel shall handle the dispatch procedures.

(7) Dispatch procedures

The school organizes the public health college, the personnel to be hired and the labor dispatch company to jointly handle the relevant procedures.

4、 Employment management

The labor dispatch personnel recruited are managed according to the mode of labor dispatch. The personnel employed are not included in the enterprise preparation of Jilin University, and they do not enjoy the welfare treatment of the establishment, and participate in social insurance according to the regulations.
