1、 Enrollment object and conditions for examination

Enrollment object: the on-the-job personnel engaged in public health, health administration, hospital management, clinical evaluation and other related work. To recruit cross professional candidates (no additional tests).

Conditions for application: the undergraduate students with national recognition of academic background (including the graduates of Adult Higher Education held by ordinary universities, adult universities and ordinary universities) and self-study examinations and online education can graduate at that time. They must obtain the national recognized undergraduate diploma before September 1 of the year. A person with a university degree recognized by the state.

2、 Enrollment

3、 Registration and examination subjects

（1） Online registration time:

The online registration time is from October 10 to October 31, 2016, and 9:00-22:00 every day. No more supplementary reports shall be made up within the time limit, nor shall the registration information be modified.

（2） Time of confirmation on site:

The announcement issued by the provincial educational enrollment examination institutions shall prevail. Candidates should check and confirm the information of personal online registration at the designated place within the specified time. No more supplementary work will be made up for the overdue period.

（3） Precautions:

1. candidates must log in to the "China graduate student enrollment information network" (hereinafter referred to as "research and enrollment network, http://yz.chsi.com.cn"), browse the application instructions, and according to the Ministry of education, provincial education enrollment examination management organization, application point and Jilin University Enrollment network（ http://zsb.jlu.edu.cn ）The online announcement of the request for registration. If the applicant fails to apply for the examination or accept the information in accordance with the requirements, the information in the online report is filled in by mistake, or the false information is filled in, the consequences shall be borne by the examinee himself. During the registration period, candidates can modify the information of the online report by themselves; During the confirmation on site, if any error information is found, contact the registration point and correct it in time.

2. candidates shall accurately fill in personal information and the rewards and punishments they receive, especially the punishment for violating discipline and cheating in the course of taking the general and adult higher education enrollment examination, national postgraduate entrance examination, and self-study examination of higher education. Those who make false or false behaviors will be dealt with seriously in accordance with the measures for the handling of the violation of the national education examination and the Interim Measures for the handling of the illegal enrollment behaviors of general institutions of higher learning.

3. during the registration period, the information of the candidates' education background (student status) will be verified online, and the results of the verification will be fed back within three days after the candidates submit the registration information. Candidates can check the results of academic qualifications (student status) online at any time. Candidates can also log in to the China higher education student information network before or during the registration period (website: http://www.chsi.com.cn ）Inquire about my academic background (student status).

Candidates who fail to pass the online qualification (student registration) verification shall timely go to the authoritative certification institution for certification of academic qualifications, submit the certification report of academic background (student status) for examination and verification at the examination site, and send (send) one copy to Jilin University Enrollment Office.

4. the examinee shall submit his / her resident ID card, Diploma (student certificate for the graduates of Adult Education held by general university, adult university and general university) and online registration number for the examination site staff to check. Candidates who apply for the "graduate student enrollment plan for retired college students soldiers" shall also submit their "exit certificate".

5. for self-taught and online education undergraduates who can obtain the national recognition undergraduate graduation certificate before September 1 of the year, online registration on-site confirmation can be handled only by the provincial Self-study Examination Office of higher education or the relevant certificate issued by the online education university.

6. print the test certificate

From December 15 to December 25, 2016, candidates can log in to "research and enrollment network" to download and print the "examination permit" by using the user name and password of the online newspaper《 The positive and negative sides of the quasi examination certificate shall not be altered during the use. Candidates take the exam by downloading and printing the "examination permit" and the resident ID card. Please keep the user name, password, quasi examination certificate, resident ID card and other documents properly to avoid the loss caused by leakage.

（4） Examination subjects

1. subjects for preliminary examination

The subjects and full marks of the examination are: Ideological and Political Theory (100 points), English (100 points), and health synthesis (300 points). The major subjects (Comprehensive Health) of the initial examination are independently proposed by the school.

2. time of initial test

December 24-25, 2016 (8:30-11:30 a.m. and 14:00-17:00 p.m. every day). See the "examination certificate" for specific arrangement.

4、 Retest

Candidates who have reached the score line of the re examination shall be allowed to participate in the retest. The contents of the re examination shall be subject to the contents of the enrollment brief issued by the state.

5、 Admission

The admission score line is determined by the school itself, and the best admission is selected according to the initial test results and the second test results of the candidates.
