3、 Basic requirements for retest

1. the results of the initial examination of candidates shall meet the basic requirements of the candidates're examination scores of 2018 master's entrance examination of Jilin University (total score 320: foreign language 50, politics 50 and comprehensive 180), and all candidates to be admitted shall take part in the re examination.

2. it is qualified for the postgraduate candidates of Jilin University in 2018. Before the re examination, the candidates shall be subject to qualification examination.

3. strictly follow the enrollment plan stipulated in the 2018 master's degree postgraduate enrollment brief seal and professional catalogue of Jilin University.

4. respect the candidates' voluntary, and in principle, re test shall be conducted according to the subject specialty of the candidates applying for the examination.

5. if the difference retest is implemented, if the online candidates exceed the enrollment plan, the number of re examination shall be determined by themselves according to a certain proportion; If the online candidates are insufficient for the enrollment plan, the re examination shall be arranged according to the actual number of online candidates.

4、 Preparation for retest

(1) The materials to be submitted by candidates.

① One copy of the admission examination permit.

② The original and photocopy of the second generation resident ID card (expired and invalid temporary certificate). Check the original and keep the copy.

③ The original and photocopy of the previous graduate candidates' degree certificate and graduation certificate shall be submitted to the electronic registration form of the diploma certificate of the Ministry of Education (certificate of Education), and xuexin.com http://www.chsi.com.cn .

The new undergraduate student carries his student card and a copy. Check the original and keep the copy.

④ The graduates who are entrusted or trained in the undergraduate stage shall submit the certificate of approval of the entrusted or directed unit for the examination.

⑤ The academic report card between the semester (the current graduates shall be sealed with the official seal of the Educational Department of the school where they are located, and the previous graduates shall be sealed by the Department where the archives is located).

⑥ Registration form for master candidates of "high-level backbone talents plan for ethnic minorities" (submitted by candidates of high-level talents plan for ethnic minorities, confirmed and sealed by the higher education department or National Education Department of provincial education administration department) and the certificate of the unit where the examinee is located.

(2) Qualification review

The qualification for re examination and admission shall be cancelled in any of the following circumstances.

① Those who fail to pass the political review.

② Materials are not complete or not in conformity with requirements.

③ The photos on the graduation card and the second generation resident ID card re examination form are inconsistent with me.

④ College students who are not graduating from the current year.

⑤ It is inconsistent with the requirements of the 2018 master's graduate student enrollment profile and professional catalogue of Jilin University.

(3) Those who fail to pass the physical examination. Examinees will go to the health department of the Third Hospital of Jilin University, Xinmin Street, Changchun City within the prescribed time.

Physical examination materials:

1. each person takes a 2-inch color photo, and the physical examination form is collected in the health department of the hospital.

2. the physical examination in the morning will rise to fast water, and the afternoon physical examination will be fasting at noon.

3. the medical examination fee is 55 yuan.

5、 Main ways and contents of retest

1. Main methods

(1) Written examination

Mainly for professional quality and ability test. According to the subjects published in the catalogue of enrollment majors. The college shall organize the examination and examination papers in accordance with the requirements of entrance examination. The examination time is 2 hours and the full score is 100.

(2) Interview

It includes comprehensive quality, ability test and foreign language listening and speaking ability test. Specific requirements:

① The interview time of each student is not less than 20 minutes generally;

② Each re examination group shall have no less than 5 members in general;

③ Each retest team shall make on-site records of the answers of each candidate and keep them for reference;

④ If the members of the retest group have to answer the phone or leave the interview site temporarily during the interview, the interview shall be suspended, and the interview shall be conducted after the members of the retest group arrive;

⑤ The interview mode, time, difficulty of test questions and evaluation standard of each retest group in the same discipline (Major) should be unified in principle.

2. main contents

In order to improve the effectiveness of the re examination, the content of the re examination can be determined according to the characteristics of the discipline (specialty) and the characteristics of running the school. Generally, it should include the following basic aspects:

(1) Professional quality and ability

① Learning situation and achievement in university stage;

② Comprehensive assessment of candidates' mastery of theoretical knowledge and application skills of the subject (Major), their ability to discover, analyze and solve problems by using the theories they have learned, their understanding of the development trend of the subject and their ability to develop in the field of the major;

③ Foreign language listening and speaking ability;

④ Innovative spirit and ability;

(2) Comprehensive quality and ability

① Ideological and political quality and moral quality (personnel file examination or political examination must be completed before the issuance of admission notice);

② Learning, scientific research, social practice (student work, community activities, volunteer service, etc.) or actual work performance outside the discipline (Major), etc;

③ Dedication, sense of responsibility, discipline, cooperation and mental health;

④ Humanistic quality;

⑤ Mental health.

(3) Foreign language listening and speaking ability test

The college organizes the test of foreign language listening and speaking ability, and the main test teacher is the teacher who is proficient in foreign language. The full score is 100, mainly to assess the accuracy, consistency and proficiency of spoken English conversation. The forms include free questioning and impromptu expression.

(4) The general requirements of the re examination of the master degree graduate students are consistent with the academic graduate students. In the process of the re examination, the application of the examinees' professional knowledge and the tendency of professional ability should be strengthened.

6、 On the results of the re examination

1. the written test and interview of the re examination shall be set with the passing line respectively, and the candidates who fail to reach the pass line in the re examination shall not be admitted.

2. in the total results of the enrollment examination, the results of the initial examination generally account for 60% and the second examination results are generally 40%. The total results of the entrance examination are the results of the second and the first examination. Total score = (preliminary test result ÷ 5) * 60% + (re examination results ÷ 3）*40%

3. candidates are ranked according to the total scores of the enrollment examination, and the candidates are admitted in order from high to low according to the number of students enrolled.

4. the results of Ideological and political quality and moral quality assessment and physical examination results are not included in the total results, but those who fail to pass the examination results will not be admitted.

7、 About the adjustment

1. for the discipline major with insufficient qualified students, it can be adjusted and accepted in the same or similar qualified students in the same or similar major, but it is not allowed to adjust the subject by discipline. The candidates in the school should meet the requirements of the score line of the re examination of the relevant majors and the basic requirements of the re examination scores published by the Ministry of education.

2. the transfer in major of the adjustment candidates shall be the same or similar to the first voluntary application major. The subjects of the preliminary examination shall be the same or similar to those of the transferred in major, and the subjects for the unified examination shall be the same in principle. Candidates applying for the high-level backbone talents plan of ethnic minorities shall not be transferred to the program for admission, and those who have not submitted for the examination shall not be transferred to the plan for admission. Candidates who take the separate examination (including the plan for strong military forces and Tibet aid) shall not be adjusted.

3. for candidates who are in charge of internal adjustment, they shall fill in the application form for internal adjustment (downloaded on Jilin University Enrollment network), send them to our college and submit them to the admissions office. After the examination and approval of the admissions office, the electronic documents of the candidates assigned to the school shall be forwarded to the receiving unit for re examination. Candidates who are out of school adjustment shall fill in the application form for out of school adjustment (downloaded on Jilin University Enrollment network), which shall be summarized by our college and reported to the admissions office, and the Enrollment Office will review it later in the re examination. The candidates for out of school adjustment must be carried out through the adjustment system, otherwise they will not be valid. The candidates who are transferred out of school must take part in the second re examination organized by our university.

4. for candidates who pass the re examination but are not accepted, our college should actively recommend the adjustment to the relevant similar majors of other enrollment units inside and outside the school. After the Ministry of Education announced the basic requirements for the national re examination scores, for the candidates who meet the requirements and cannot be accepted by our school, they can handle the adjustment procedures to foreign schools as required.

8、 About information disclosure

Channels of consultation and complaint.
