Jilin University Public Health College was founded in 1958. After several generations of efforts, it has developed into a teaching and research base with strong comprehensive strength and distinctive characteristics of public health and related disciplines.

The college has abundant teachers and abundant teaching and research resources, and has undertaken a number of national science and technology research projects, natural science funds and provincial and ministerial projects. At present, there are three post doctoral research mobile stations, namely public health and preventive medicine, basic medicine (Radiology), public management (Social Medicine and health management). The first level of public health and preventive medicine is authorized by the first level discipline, and the third is radiation medicine, social medicine and health management, and medical informatics. The first level master degree of public health and preventive medicine is authorized by four second-level disciplines, namely, radiation medicine, social medicine and health management, medical informatics and medical law, and one of the professional degree authorization points of the master of public health (MPH). There are five undergraduate majors and professional directions of Radiology, preventive medicine (including the direction of nutrition and food hygiene and health inspection), information management and information system (medical information management). The teaching is solid and rigorous, the scientific research exchange is active, and the academic atmosphere is strong. It also has strong strength in health testing, occupational health evaluation, drug safety assessment, health consultation and other external services.

1、 Eligibility

1. 2019 graduates of relevant majors from national high-level universities or key universities (211 Engineering and above).

2. interested in scientific research and strong interest in this major; Good physical and mental health, good moral character, abide by the law.

3. performance requirements: excellent academic achievement, professional achievement and comprehensive achievement are among the top in this major; No disciplinary action was taken during the school period.

4. foreign language proficiency requirements: good listening, speaking, reading and writing English application skills, CET 4 score above 425, passing level 6 is preferred.

5. those who have or will have the qualification of research and research are preferred; Applicants with excellent scientific research level, such as papers published during undergraduate course, may be preferred.

3、 Declaration process

Applicants are required to submit the following:

1. one letter of recommendation from the application form (including personal statement), expert recommendation with associate professor or above. See attachment 1 for the application form, and there is no fixed format for the expert recommendation letter.

2. the academic report and the ranking certificate of the total evaluation results issued by the academic affairs department or the Department where they are located (5 semester results before the four-year system, 7 semester results before the five-year system, with official seal).

3. other materials that can prove my achievements and potential, such as academic papers, various award certificates, English level 4 and 6 certificates, etc.

4. the paper version of the application materials shall be provided when they come to school and check in for review.

5、 Preferential policies

We sincerely invite excellent college students from all universities to participate in our summer camp, and feel the rich academic atmosphere, rich teaching resources and free and open cultural thoughts of Jilin University. Excellent campers participating in summer camp activities enjoy the following preferential treatment:

1. students who have the "recommended exemption qualification" in 2019 of the school can be directly accepted;

2. take the unified entrance examination for national master's degree students in 2019. The first volunteer will apply for the corresponding majors of Jilin University Public Health College (which shall be consistent with the application of summer camp majors), and the results of the initial and secondary examinations meet the requirements of the postgraduate admission of our college, and will enjoy the priority admission qualification;

3. excellent operators are successfully admitted to the corresponding majors of our college (consistent with the application for major in summer camp), and will receive special scholarship after formal admission.

6、 Others

1. students who are admitted as operators should bring their student card, ID card and valid bank card (for reimbursement).

2. the operator shall obey the arrangement of our hospital after reporting to the school, and participate in the summer camp activities of our hospital throughout the course, and shall not withdraw without any reason.

3. the subsidy for the operator includes: the school of public health provides the students participating in the summer camp with the whole course of accommodation and board expenses, the organizer arranged activities expenses, the transportation expenses between the school where the students are located and Changchun according to the standard of hard seat and car fare (if the air ticket is required for special reasons, the college will reimburse the expenses according to the maximum per capita standard of 500 yuan, The excess cost shall be borne by the students themselves).

4. students participating in the summer camp should keep the relevant invoices as the reimbursement documents. No accommodation is arranged for local campers and students in our school.

5. if any matters not mentioned, the leading group of summer camp admission of the college shall be responsible for the explanation.
