2、 Recruitment conditions

1. Abide by the national laws, regulations and the relevant provisions of the school, have a high level of political and ideological, physical and mental health, have good professional ethics, strong dedication and sense of responsibility, meet the qualifications required for the post, and have good academic development potential.

2. Candidates should be "overseas doctor", postdoctoral researcher and excellent "domestic doctor".

3. The initial academic qualifications of postdoctoral researchers should be full-time undergraduate graduates (excluding independent colleges) from the Ministry's colleges and universities, with bachelor's degree and doctoral graduates from the Ministry's colleges and universities. The experience of undergraduate, master, doctoral and postdoctoral research should include a period of non undergraduate experience.

4. In principle, candidates should be able to teach at least one course in a foreign language.
