Introduction to the instructor:

Professor Fang Mingzhu graduated from Bethune Medical University in 1987, obtained a master's degree in pathology from Bethune Medical University in 1990 and a doctor's degree in toxicology from Seoul National University in 2000. He is currently working in the Department of environmental health and labor health, School of public health, Rutgers University, USA. Professor Fang is also a member of the society of Toxicology (SOT), the American Academy of Toxicology (ACT), the American Association for cancer research (AACR), the society for biorhythm Research (srbr), the center for environment and risk analysis (CRA), the NIEHS Center for environmental exposure and disease (ceed), the Institute of environmental and Occupational Health Sciences (eohsi) and the New Jersey Cancer Institute (cinj) of Rutgers University. Professor Fang has long been devoted to the study of genetic and epigenetic mechanisms in carcinogenesis and chemoprevention, and the role of circadian rhythm in carcinogenesis and chemoprevention. Professor Fang's research has been funded by the National Institutes of health and other institutions, and has published nearly 50 academic papers in international famous journals. Professor Fang is also a reviewer of many international famous journals, such as scientific report, oncotarget, cancer, cancer prevention research, toxicology letter, toxicology science, J aerosol Med and Purmonary drug delivery, Gastroenterology, chemistry, nicotine & Tobacco res., J toxicological science

Genetics / epigenetics and environmental health is a "undergraduate overseas quality course introduction plan" initiated by the Academic Affairs Office of Jilin University. It is a high-level overseas quality course applied by the school of public health. 2018 is the second year of the project.
