（1） Regular recommendation refers to the work form of selecting and exempting students from the excellent fresh graduates of our university according to the selection conditions and work procedures specified in the relevant provisions of these measures, which is the main form of the work of promoting and exempting students.
（2） The special recommendation of "talent training mode reform" is a recommendation form for the university to improve and perfect the talent training system, form a personalized training mechanism conducive to the growth of top-notch innovative talents, improve the quality of talent training, and recommend the undergraduates to enter the master's stage without examination and the doctoral stage after passing the master's stage examination. The specific selection conditions and working methods shall be formulated and issued by the graduate school and the academic affairs office.
（3） "Innovative talents" special recommendation (hereinafter referred to as "innovation recommendation") is a recommendation form for colleges to select high-quality innovative talents who have inventions, patents, high-level works, publish academic papers in academic journals and have outstanding expertise in a certain aspect in order to cultivate students' innovation quality. The selection conditions and working methods of innovation recommendation shall be separately formulated by the University.
（4） The special recommendation of "China Youth Volunteer graduate education support League" (hereinafter referred to as "the recommendation of supporting education") refers to that the University, in accordance with the spirit of the documents of the Central Committee of the Youth League, the Ministry of education and other superior departments, selects and sets up the graduate education support league from the excellent fresh graduates of the University, and recommends the candidates to study for master's degree without examination. This work shall be organized and implemented by the Youth League Committee of the University in accordance with the spirit of the superior documents and with reference to these measures, and the recommended quota shall be separately assigned by the Central Committee of the Youth League.

4、 Recommendation requirements
The students must meet the basic conditions of the selection and meet the requirements of the ranking of the students.
（1） Basic conditions for selection of Push Free students
1. Support the leadership of the Communist Party of China, have noble patriotism and collectivism, firm socialist belief, strong sense of social responsibility, abide by the law, positive and healthy.
2. The full-time fresh undergraduate graduates admitted by our university into the national general undergraduate enrollment plan (excluding the students who are upgraded from junior college to undergraduate, the second bachelor's degree and entrusted to cultivate).
3. Diligent study, assiduous research, excellent results; Strong interest in academic research, strong innovative spirit and consciousness, and certain research ability.
4. Be honest and trustworthy, have a correct style of study, and have no record of violating discipline, cheating or plagiarizing others' academic achievements (excluding the case of disciplinary removal). Good conduct, no record of violation of law and discipline.
5. Complete and pass all the courses (including practical teaching) required by the training program in the first four years, and the average credit point of all the required courses and the limited courses designated by the college shall not be less than 2.3.
6. Foreign language requirements:
(1) The average score of cet-1-4 is above 75;
(2) The score of CET-4 is above 425;
Under the same conditions of one of the above conditions, students who have passed CET-6 (including IELTS, TOEFL, etc.) will be given priority.
（2） Performance ranking of Push Free students
1. The grade ranking of push and exempt students refers to the grade ranking of average credit points of all required courses and limited courses (including practical teaching) that students should complete by the end of the Fourth academic year. The scores of participating in the ranking shall be subject to the scores of the first examination, and the scores of re examination and make-up examination shall not be included in the ranking calculation. The results of the postponed examination approved by the Academic Affairs Office shall be calculated according to the results of the regular examination. Military training and physical education are not included in the ranking. The college is ranked according to the principle of 100% of the course scores.
2. Ranking requirements:
The results of the students who participated in the regular recommendation were in the top 1 / 4 of the majors; For students with physical disabilities who are able to adapt to the postgraduate stage, the requirements for pushing and exempting grades can be relaxed to the top 1 / 3 of their majors; The students who are specially recommended to participate in the "talent training mode reform" are required to achieve the top 2 / 5 of their major; The results of the national base class are required to reach the top 1 / 2 of the major; The results of other special types of experimental classes are in accordance with the relevant provisions of the school. According to the relevant policies formulated by the school, the performance requirements of recommendation and compensation policies for supporting education should be implemented.
3. Students with special academic expertise and certain academic, scientific and technological achievements are recommended by more than three professional professors of our university and strictly reviewed by the working group of promoting and exempting students of our university. They are not limited by the comprehensive ranking, foreign language achievement and other conditions. For the specific selection criteria, please refer to the recommendation and selection requirements for innovative recommendation and exempting postgraduates published by our university.
4. All graduating students of our school are required to participate in the ranking. If there are students who can not be recommended in the above-mentioned ranking range (such as those who have not been removed due to the school rules and disciplines), the college shall not add the following students to the recommended range.
5. As of the beginning of the evaluation ranking of recommended exemption scores, students who participate in Intercollegiate exchanges and have obtained credits of no less than 95% of the total credits required by the training program and the college can be recognized as meeting the requirements, and the number of courses is calculated according to the number of courses actually studied.
6. The retired personnel who have won the third class merit or above in the army can obtain the interview and defense qualification of the students on the premise of meeting the conditions of the students.

According to 120% of the recommended quota issued by the University, the college determines the candidates for the regular recommendation and the special recommendation interview for the "personnel training mode reform" students.
