According to the spirit of Jilin University on the opinions on the re examination and admission of postgraduate students who receive and recommend exemption from examination in 2019 and the actual situation of our college, the plan for receiving and accepting the recommended exemption for postgraduate degree in 2019 is formulated.

2、 Basic requirements for retest

1. It meets the requirements for receiving the students from Jilin University in 2019.

(1) We will support the leadership of the Communist Party of China and be willing to serve the socialist modernization construction, with excellent moral quality, discipline and law-abiding, and healthy body and mind.

(2) Academic research has strong interest, good professional quality, strong innovation awareness and innovation ability, high potential of training, and obtained the qualification of the school to push students away.

(3) The graduates of the first-class national universities and the first-class discipline construction universities (see Annex) have obtained the qualification of promotion and exemption; Or the fourth round of national discipline evaluation results are the graduates of the new undergraduate who have B (excluding b-) or above (see Annex) and the foreign language level 4 examination results reach the qualified line.

2. The admission shall be conducted in strict accordance with the enrollment plan stipulated in the catalogue of postgraduate students who receive the recommended exemption from the test in 2019 of Jilin University.

3. Respect the candidates' voluntary, in principle, according to the subject of the candidates for the examination, arrange the re examination.

4. Fairness and justice, the school and the outside of the same treatment.

3、 Qualification review

1. Candidates should submit materials, please arrange the materials in accordance with the requirements of the materials, and mark the corresponding serial number in the upper right corner.

The materials to be submitted by the exempt students are as follows:

(1) One original and one copy of resident ID card and student card（ Original inspection, copy to be retained)

(2) Jilin University receives a application form for recommending postgraduate students who are exempt from examination in 2019.

(3) One original of the academic report card of the undergraduate period stamped with the official seal of the Educational Department of the school.

(4) One original and one copy of the papers published during the school, the certificate of obtaining patent, the certificate of research results, the certificate of award, the certificate of foreign language proficiency examination, etc（ Original inspection, copy to be retained)

The qualification examination shall be disqualified from the qualification for re examination and admission in any of the following circumstances.

Unqualified in qualification examination; Materials are not complete or fail to meet the requirements; It is inconsistent with the requirements of the admission regulations and professional catalogue of the candidates for the candidates who are recommended to be exempted from the examination in 2019 by Jilin University.

3. Physical examination

Candidates must go to the third school of Ji Da (Xinmin campus branch) for physical examination.

4、 Main ways and contents of retest

1. main methods

(1) Written test

Mainly for professional quality and ability test. The subject shall be subject to retest published in the catalogue of enrollment specialty. The college organizes examination and examination papers in a unified way. The test time is 2 hours, full score is 100.

For the examination subjects, refer to the master's enrollment brief for the year, and review the re examination subjects.

(2) Interview

It includes comprehensive quality, ability test and foreign language listening and speaking ability test, with a total of 100 points.

2. Main contents

(1) Professional quality and ability

① The study situation and achievement in the university stage;

② Comprehensively assess the students' mastery of the theoretical knowledge and application skills of the subject (Major), use the ability of finding, analyzing and solving problems based on the theories learned, and understand the development trends of the discipline and their ability to develop in the field of their major;

③ Foreign language listening and speaking ability;

④ Innovation spirit and innovation ability;

(2) Comprehensive quality and ability

① Ideological and political quality and moral quality (personnel file review or political review must be completed before the acceptance notice is issued);

② The study, scientific research, social practice (student work, community activities, voluntary service, etc.) or actual work performance outside the subject (Major);

③ The enterprise, sense of responsibility, discipline (compliance with the law), cooperation and mental health;

④ Humanistic literacy;

⑤ Mental health.

(3) Foreign language listening and speaking ability test

Mainly assess the accuracy, consistency and proficiency of spoken English conversation. The forms include free questioning and improvisation.

(4) The above procedures shall also be adopted for the postgraduate of master of public health. But we should focus on the assessment of the application and practical ability of professional knowledge.

5、 About admission

1. Use of the results of the re examination: the written test and the interview of the re examination shall reach the pass line respectively, and the candidates who fail to reach the pass line in the re examination shall not be admitted.

2. Candidates are ranked according to the total scores of the enrollment examination, and the admission is in order from high to low according to the number of admission.

3. the results of the ideological and political quality and moral quality assessment and the physical examination results are not included in the total results, but those who fail to pass the examination will not be admitted.

4. the results of the interdisciplinary examination program are not included in the re examination results, but those who fail to pass the examination will not be admitted.

5. After the re examination, the college published the results on the website of the college.
