According to the document spirit of the Ministry of education on the management measures for recruiting doctoral degree graduates in 2014 (Teaching [2014] No. 4) and the notice of the general office of the Ministry of education on further standardizing and strengthening the postgraduate examination and enrollment (Teaching Department [2019] No. 2), and the opinions of Jilin University on the re examination and admission of 2019 doctoral postgraduate enrollment examination. According to the actual situation of doctoral enrollment in our hospital, the detailed rules for the re examination of 2019 doctoral entrance examination of the public health college are formulated as follows:

1、 Working principle

（1） Adhere to comprehensive evaluation and assessment. Scientific design of the re examination program, comprehensive measurement of the moral and intellectual body of the examinees, and emphasis on strengthening the innovation ability examination. Candidates to be admitted must take the professional and foreign language examinations in the re examination and select excellent talents through the re examination.

（2） The system is sound and the procedure is standardized. We should take the examination system seriously, work closely, resume the examination according to the subject specialty of the examinee, take the admission according to the prescribed enrollment plan, insist on centralized leadership and collective decision-making, and improve the credibility of the education and selection examination.

（3） Play the role of the tutor group. The doctoral supervisors with high academic level and rigorous style are selected to form a tutor group, and further study the policy and evaluation methods of the re examination, to form the joint efforts of the tutor group and improve the effectiveness of the re examination. Adhere to the principle of "selecting the best to accept, rather than lack of abuse", and ensure the quality of students.

According to the requirements of "legal, accurate, timely and safe" information disclosure, actively disclose the enrollment policy, work procedures, assessment results and supervision mechanism, and effectively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of candidates.

3、 Organization and content of retest

（1） Contents of retest assessment

The re examination is an important part of the postgraduate examination enrollment and an important link to ensure the selection quality. To strengthen the comprehensive examination and comprehensive evaluation of students, we should pay attention to both academic knowledge assessment and professional ability and scientific research innovation potential of examinees. We should pay attention to both the students' examination results and the consistent performance of students.

The retest team, according to the requirements of professional training objectives, will examine the comprehensive application of the knowledge learned by candidates, scientific research innovation ability, mastery of the frontier areas and latest research trends of the subject through interview and other forms, and conduct foreign language proficiency test for candidates. In addition, the candidates should also refer to the application materials review, and conduct comprehensive evaluation to determine whether candidates have the potential and quality of doctoral students training.

The ideological and political quality and moral evaluation are the important contents and important basis for the re examination of doctoral students. The main contents of the ideological and political quality and moral evaluation include the political attitude, ideological performance, learning (work) attitude, moral quality, compliance with the law, honesty and trustworthiness. Those who fail to pass the examination will not be admitted.

（2） Assessment form

The first and second business courses in the first examination are written examination (organized by the medical department), with 100 points for each department. The re examination examination adopts the form of interview (organized by the college), with a full score of 100 points.

4、 Requirements for retest procedure

（1） Candidates for the re examination must submit relevant materials

1. Admission examination certificate for doctoral students of Jilin University in 2019.

2. the original and copy of the identity card of the examinee (including military personnel).

3. the original and copy of the undergraduate diploma and degree certificate.

4. the master of the current graduate student shall hold the original and copy of the Postgraduate Certificate.

5. the person who has obtained the master's degree shall hold the master's diploma, the original and the copy of the degree certificate, and submit the electronic registration record form (academic certificate) of the diploma certificate of the Ministry of education, and learn the information network http://www.chsi.com.cn .

6. the original and photocopy of the degree certification report issued by the Ministry of education and graduate education development center shall be provided for the master's degree in China; If you have obtained a master's degree abroad, you should provide the original and copy of the degree certification report issued by the overseas study service center of the Ministry of education.

7. "doctor registration information brief form".

8. there must be two professors (or experts with equivalent professional and technical titles) who apply for examination in the field of discipline and have two "expert recommendation".

（2） The materials shall be reviewed according to the requirements of enrollment. Candidates who do not meet the requirements shall not be allowed to take part in the retest. Candidates who have one of the following conditions shall be disqualified from their qualification for re examination and admission.

3. the photos on the degree card, ID card, examination permit, application form and retest form are inconsistent.

（3） Requirements for retesting process

1. the interview time of each examinee shall be about 30 minutes.

2. the teachers of the re examination should carefully prepare the contents of the re examination examination, and fully understand the academic background and scientific research ability of the candidates.

（4） Candidates for the re examination must take part in the physical examination

According to the relevant national regulations, those who fail to pass the physical examination shall not be admitted.

(1) Each person takes a 2-inch color photo, and the physical examination form is collected in the health care department of the campus hospital

5、 Admission

（1） The candidates of all majors are to be selected according to the overall examination results.

（2） Calculation of achievement and admission

1. the foreign language test organized by the school is only regarded as the qualification standard for entering the re examination, and it is not included in the total score as the test result.

2. the formula for the total score of candidates is: total score = initial test (written test in business class) and retest result. The total score was 100 points. The results of the initial test and the second test accounted for 50% respectively.

3. comprehensive interview interview Description:

4. the assessment results shall be graded according to the percentage system. Among them, the first business class and the second business class are 100 points per section; 100 points for retest. Candidates with a score less than 60 points will not be admitted, and those with an additional test score of less than 60 points will not be admitted.
