According to the relevant provisions of the work plan for the establishment of Posts and appointment of section level cadres in the management series of Jilin University in 2018, the school of public health recruits staff to the school. The specific matters are as follows.

1、 Recruitment position and employment scope

The candidates should be the on-the-job staff of the management series of the national establishment of the school, and those with relevant working experience are preferred.

2、 Recruitment conditions

3、 Registration procedure and schedule

（1） Open enrollment (April 25 - May 6)

For qualified candidates who wish to apply, please fill in the application form for self recommendation of staff positions, and provide the original and copies of the application form, graduation certificate, degree certificate and supporting materials of individual awards. The above materials shall be sent to the General Administration Office of the school of public health (room 312) in person from April 25 to May 6, 2019, and the electronic version shall be sent to the designated mailbox.

（2） Qualification examination (May 7 - May 8)

The working group appointed by the school of public health examined the qualifications of the applicants.

（3） Competitive evaluation (specific time and place to be announced)

The "open competition evaluation group of Public Health College" was set up. Qualified personnel made competition statements to the "evaluation group" and answered the judges' on-site questions. The evaluation group evaluated the candidates. The reporting time of the candidates shall not exceed 8 minutes.
