2、 Organization

3、 Examination method

According to the situation of epidemic prevention and control in Jilin Province and our university, in order to ensure the life safety and health of examinees, teachers, students and staff of our university, the examination leading group of our university decided to adopt the network remote examination method for the 2020 doctoral enrollment examination.

4、 Preparation before examination

The unified software platform is selected for the examination of the same major. Get in touch with each online examinee before the test to confirm whether the examinee has the online test conditions. Connect with the candidates to do a drill in advance and conduct a network qualification examination. Sign the "letter of commitment for integrity test" with the candidates one by one to ensure the authenticity of the materials submitted and the integrity of the test process. We should strengthen the supervision of the examination process, study and formulate systematic and feasible management measures, strictly prevent cheating and Favoritism in the examination, and record and record the whole process of the examination. Simulation test exercise, to ensure that candidates should know, be able to master. Every teacher and staff of the examination should be trained to be familiar with the use of software and work flow. They are not allowed to take part in the examination without training.

5、 Qualification of candidates

（1） Foreign language proficiency meets any of the following criteria

1. CET-4 or CET-6 score is 425 or above.

2. TOEFL score of 90 or above.

3. IELTS score of 6 or above.

4. GRE score of 300 or above (New).

5. CET-4 or CET-8 score 60 or above.

6. The score of WSK (pets-5) is 60 or above.

7. Pass CET-4 for Russian major or CET-4 for National College Russian (crt4) or Russian Federation foreign language examination ТРКИ B1 and above.

8. Pass CET-4 or cjt4 or JLPT N2 or above.

9. Master's or doctor's degree in English, Japanese and Russian.

10. For those who have more than one year (including one year) full-time learning experience abroad (English, Japanese and Russian are the main local daily language and teaching language), they shall provide the proof of learning experience and transcripts.

（2） Academic achievement standards and related requirements.

1. One of the following academic achievements has been achieved:

(1) Natural Science: publish academic papers in SCI English journals with the first author (or tutor as the first author and candidate as the second author). Social Science: publish academic papers in SCI or D journals or above with the first author (or tutor as the first author and examinee as the second author)（ 2) Apply for patent with the first author (or tutor as the first author and examinee as the second author)（ 3) For those who have no papers or patents but have other achievements, and have strong academic research ability, professional development potential and innovative spirit, the next step of assessment can only be carried out after the strict practical ability assessment organized by the college examination working group.

2. Scientific research achievements, patents, published (or employed) papers, etc. shall be counted from January 1, 2017.

6、 Qualification examination

The examination working group of the school of public health evaluates the application materials submitted by the candidates (the evaluation group is composed of subjects to evaluate the candidates). According to the examinee's foreign language level, academic performance, master's thesis, participation in scientific research, published papers and awards, the score is given according to the 100 point system (the examinee's evaluation score below 60 points is unqualified, and will not enter the next stage of comprehensive assessment). Within the scope of the proportion of candidates entering the comprehensive assessment, the list of candidates who are selected to enter the comprehensive assessment will be published on the website of the school of public health.

3. My research plan is about 3000 words.

4. Letters of recommendation issued by two professors (or experts with equivalent professional and technical titles) in the applied discipline.

5. Copy of the applicant's second generation ID card.

6. Copies of bachelor's and master's degrees and academic certificates (fresh master's graduates shall submit copies of student ID cards). （2） In case of any of the following circumstances, the examination qualification and admission qualification will be cancelled:

Those who fail to pass the qualification examination; False materials or unqualified materials; The photos on the graduation certificate and resident identity card are not consistent with the person; Non graduating master's students are studying; Those who do not conform to the requirements of "Jilin University 2020 doctoral candidates recruitment examination guide and professional directory".

7、 Assessment scope and content

1. Assessment scope

To strengthen the comprehensive examination and evaluation of students, we should not only pay attention to the assessment of academic knowledge, but also pay attention to the examination of examinees' professional ability and scientific research innovation potential. We should not only pay attention to students' examination results, but also pay attention to students' consistent performance.

According to the requirements of the professional training objectives, the examinees' ability to comprehensively use the knowledge they have learned, scientific research and innovation ability, and their mastery of the frontier fields and the latest research trends of the subject are examined, and the examinees' foreign language ability is tested. In the examination, we should also refer to the examinee's application materials for comprehensive evaluation to judge whether the examinee has the potential and quality of doctoral cultivation.

The assessment of Ideological and political quality and moral character is an important part of the doctoral entrance examination and an important basis for admission. Those who fail to pass the assessment will not be admitted. The main contents of Ideological and political quality and moral evaluation include examinees' political attitude, ideological performance, study (work) attitude, moral quality, discipline and law-abiding, honesty and trustworthiness, etc.

2. Assessment content and score

In 2020, the full score of doctoral degree is 400. It includes four parts: foreign language, business class 1, business class 2, and re examination content. The score of each part is 100 points. Candidates with a total score of less than 240 points will not be admitted.

Assessment time: each examinee's assessment time (including foreign language, business class 1, business class 2, re examination content) is generally not less than 40 minutes. The whole course of the examination was recorded.

Foreign language: the full score is 100, which mainly evaluates the accuracy, coherence and proficiency of oral conversation. The forms include free questioning and impromptu expression.

Business class 1 and 2: the full score is 100 points each, and the assessment content adopts the form of structured real-time question and answer, which mainly tests the candidates' comprehensive qualities such as basic professional knowledge, logical thinking ability, language expression ability, problem-solving ability and innovation potential.

Re examination content: Full Score of 100 points, including (1) academic background knowledge investigation: investigation of undergraduate studies, master's thesis research work, achievements, harvest and understanding of the major（ 2) Scientific research ability test: the ability to analyze and solve problems by using the basic principles of the discipline, the mastery of medical scientific research methods, the research ideas, expected results and innovative ideas of doctoral degree（ 3) Comprehensive quality test (including oral expression): mainly investigate the candidates' Ideological and political morality, psychological state; Investigate team consciousness, organization and cooperation ability, dedication, etc; Investigate the amount of knowledge and vision outside the professional field.

3. Notes for candidates

(1) In principle, candidates taking the online examination should use mobile phones and computers to take part in the examination, confirm in advance whether the mobile phones and computers are working normally, and timely close QQ, wechat and other communication app software. The examination uses double seats, and each candidate needs to prepare two video devices for the examination（ 2) Before the formal examination, the examination working group will check the surrounding environment of the examinees, and the examinees will show their ears, and they should not deliberately cover them during the examination（ 3) During the examination, the examinee's whole body appears in the image. (4) ensure that WiFi, broadband or mobile traffic and other network signals are good and stable to ensure the smooth progress of the examination. If the examination process is interrupted for more than 1 minute, change the interview questions, and the current examinee is disconnected and temporarily unable to connect, adjust to the last. (5) confirm that the surrounding environment is quiet, And no one will interrupt or affect the examination; Make sure the background is clean and tidy. (6) make sure the light is bright（ 7) The examinees who have delayed, intermittently answered or obviously contrary to the common sense answer will be assessed again. The network remote test drill is needed before the examination, and each examination working group arranges personnel to carry out the simulation test drill one day before the examination.

8、 Admission principle:

Take the total score as the final admission basis. After the examination, the examination results and the list of candidates will be published on the website of the school of public health.
