On April 21, 2023, the Young Scholars Association (YSA) of the School of Public Health, Jilin University, successfully held the 22nd session of exchange activities in the second-floor conference room at the School. Fourteen young faculty members from the YSA participated in this exchange activity. The event was hosted by YSA President Yang Shuman.

This exchange activity invited Professor Jin Shunzi, Director of the Department of Radiobiology, to give a doctoral supervisor's special lecture on the topic "My Research Experience – How to Adapt to the Rapid Development of Our Discipline." Professor Jin shared her research journey through her consecutively funded National Natural Science Foundation projects, and discussed how to build a united and progressive research team. The participating young faculty members actively engaged in interactive questioning, expressing their intention to follow Professor Jin's solid and steady research attitude and enterprising research spirit as their model.
