According to the requirements of "notice on Issuing personnel supplement plan in 2019" and "notice on relevant policy adjustment of newly recruited personnel", and in accordance with "Interim Measures for employment management of newly recruited personnel in Jilin University (Revised)" and other relevant policy documents, combined with the actual work needs of the College, the school of public health of Jilin University plans to recruit a lecturer in 2019, The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
1、 Recruitment conditions
（1） In principle, the candidate should be an "overseas doctor" or an outgoing postdoctoral researcher, and should meet the following requirements:
1. Basic qualifications: it must meet the basic qualifications of Jilin University, such as the ideological and political quality, academic requirements and so on.
2. Professional background: should have public health and preventive medicine related professional or medical, life sciences, statistics related professional background.
3. Learning experience: the initial degree of postdoctoral researchers should be a bachelor's degree within the enrollment plan of General Higher Education (excluding college to University); In principle, the experience of undergraduate, master's degree, doctoral and postdoctoral research should include a period of non undergraduate experience.
4. Business conditions: the achievements of scientific research should meet the standards for the appointment of associate professors in the school of public health. In principle, at least one course should be taught in a foreign language.
（2） When the candidate is a "domestic doctor", according to the relevant regulations of the University, he should first enter the postdoctoral mobile station to engage in postdoctoral research as a reserved teacher, and then he can go through the entry procedures formally only when he is assessed as excellent in the exit examination, and his scientific research achievements meet the standards for the appointment of associate professors in the school of public health. Such candidates should meet the following requirements:
1. Basic qualifications: the candidate should be a full-time undergraduate with a bachelor's degree, and the doctor's degree should be obtained before September 30, 2019.
2. Professional background: should have public health and preventive medicine related professional or medical, life sciences, statistics related professional background.
3. Business conditions: have strong teaching ability, including good language expression ability, comprehensive writing ability and English level, publish high-quality academic works, have good scientific research foundation and development potential, and be competent for the teaching and scientific research work of the school of public health. During the period of studying for doctor's degree, the achievement of scientific research should be higher than the qualification of doctor's degree of School of public health. In principle, at least one course should be taught in a foreign language.
4. In line with the provisions of "Jilin University postdoctoral recruitment management Interim Measures".
（3） Age requirement:
① Postdoctoral students should be under 45 years old (born after July 1, 1974);
② Doctoral graduates should be under 40 years old (born after July 1, 1979).

4、 Application process
1. Applicants who meet the above requirements and apply voluntarily should submit the application materials to the school of public health before July 2, 2019.
2. The school of public health shall conduct unified qualification examination and determine the list of examinees.
